Teen Hav3n is a free online mentoring space for teenage girls. Real talk, real tools, brighter futures, with a parent beside her from the first step.
For the one girl
The girl who wants to be heard. The one who wants to be seen. The one who needs someone to say, “You are enough.”
Teen Hav3n is not about crowds. It is a small, steady circle where she can ask questions about friendships, her body, her feelings and her future, and get honest, age-appropriate answers without shame.
Beside parents, never instead of them
You provide, protect and build. We help your daughter find her footing in the emotional and social side of growing up.
You read the whole programme before she joins, including the session on body, boundaries and personal safety. You can ask us anything, and you can step in or withdraw her at any time.
How we keep it safe
- At least two screened adults in every session. Never one adult alone with girls.
- No private chats between adults and girls.
- Sessions are not recorded unless a parent gives separate written permission.
- Girls use first names only. Her links and details stay private.
- Girls are told plainly: if someone might be hurt, we tell a safe adult.
